What do you think of this show.

I have a place in my heart for it, it's very interesting and I just want to know what others think. Anyone here like Evangelion??

If so I'm curious as to what others think of the protangonist Shinji-his not exactly a typical hero or even remotely fitted to the role, or is he, what's your view?

evangelion was okay. i still haven't seen the very last episodes. i think i only need to see one dvd. shinjis dad really got on my nerves. and shinji wasn't really fitted to the role

I've seen a little of it and I prefer RahXephon.

(Very confusing, but less confusing than Eva, which quite honestly I did not think possible after veiwing RahXephon XDD)

RahXephon=Prettier, more intellectual meat, a wider variety of ineresting (if fucked up) characters. Oh and did I mention better music? XDD

I've seen bits and pieces of the anime... Very interesting, it always caught me and forced me to stay on that channel. X3 (Made me cease my channel surfing!)

I really hate hearing people use "emo" for the Shinji character. (But I just hate the term all together, so meh.)

i saw raxephon too but i gave up on it after hmm like one or two episodes. just couldn't get into it.

Oooh, not much Eva likers here. I've only seen the movies, but I really loved the end of evangelion, it was pretty and abstract and weird and I loved the feeling I got from watching it. The top voted AMV of all time happened to be a rahxephon video. My first thought on seeing it was, omg Eva's spiritual incarnation, or sibling or something, it seemed very influenced by it at the very least. I'd definitely love to watch rahxephon because the art and characters looked very interesting and beautiful.
