this is probably the most famous shounen-ai anime there is. also my second most fav anime, next to Yami no Matsuei.

okay gravitaiton is a really good anime even some guys watched and like it. the anime is really funny and the romance is to cry for *sob* I love the ending.

and the OVA titled 'Lyrics of Love' is really beautiful. ahh I love the relationship between Yuki and Shuichi.

so what do you think of this anime?

I used to adore this, but in manga form only.
However, I grew out of it. (see: Suddenly had a focus on very serious subject matter, AKA: Anything relative to satire or possessing a more solid plot.)

I have always loved Yuki Eiri, though. My liking of his character has not waned, that is for certain.

My friends swear up and down that I am the female incarnation of him. Very snarky, very sarcastic, and a bit bitter. Hahah. I have the writing bit down, too.

She is. She really, really REALLY is the reincarnation of Yuki Eiri. and I dont' care if I spelled that wrong, cuz ice cream is freezing my fingers but

(and I love that series. Manga form IS better, personally. I just don't LIKE the anime- Shuichi is such an AIRHEAD and he's much more naive than what the original comic makes him. XP)

Yeah. But I heard sth about a Gravitation novel, and did NOT go near it. I hate novelizations of manga/anime- it just ruins the pictures by putting it in text. Manga is not meant to have too much text. XD

However. I did watch the anime, and I still didn't like it- OVAs were all that wonderful, either. But that's just my negative, biased opinion. 8DD

I enjoyed the anime quite a bit, but I found the manga to be very disappointing. It was just too bizarre and non-sequitor. I think I lost it somewhere around the panda mecha.

Despite this, I'm getting the final three volumes for Christmas. It's all because of my love for Yoshiki (Kitazawa's transsexual sister). If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be reading.

I haven't seen the OVA, but I'm getting that for Christmas too.

Bleh, I can't stand Rage. (I think that's who you mean by bazooka woman.)

It's odd that sureality of the manga annoyed me. I like Excel Saga, so you would think that I would like weirdness, but the weirdness in Gravitation rubbed me the wrong way.
