Uh, this is a post where you can tell us of situations/people/places/things that you've come across that remind you of YnM. For instance, does your accountant push his glasses up his nose Tatsumi-style? Does your best friend have a pet owl? Do you have a cynical sibling who always seems to know when something is wrong with you? Does your doctor have an unnatural obsession with the scars on your body - "And how'd you get this one?" "Er... a random stray attacked me... it was traumatizing." "Fascinating!" Shocked Tell us all about it!

Okay, while I was lifeguarding this morning (way way too early), there was this one girl who was swimming that was wearing goggles that had one orange lens and one blue lens. And I was like, "Oh my gosh! It's Wakaba!" That brightened up my day greatly.

So any special instances that you can think of?

first post. this has been a while. XD

Tokyo Babylon and X 1999. There's a bit of dialogue that I'd LOVE to see Hisoka tell his mommy, for sure. anybody read the thing? XD

if you've not read it, and if I've not spazzed at X at you (like Coco), then don't highlight the bottom.

I was reading Tokyo Babylon yesterday, and the quote struck me, really. "Evil people do bad things- because they're lonely," made Coco laugh, but it kinda saddened me, bcz the little girl said it. That little girl, who could hear abusesd children's screaming? Yeah. Her. T_T;

also, same goes for X. If you've not To-babi OR X, just... don't. Go read it before I spaz at you. Badly. *wields mad spazness*

"There is nobody in the world who is beyond the reach of Love. Even if you have committed sins that are not redeemable, you are still allowed to love," as said by Hokuto when she was dying, as scene was repeated in Tobabi and X, and as paraphrased by me. XD

have fun. Very Happy

This was a while ago, but OMFG was it cool. I was at work and some guy came through my line with circular glasses.

Me: (*thinking*OMFG!!! I WANT THOSE GLASSES!!!!!!!!!!) Hello, sir. Those are really cool glasses.
Guy: *with accent of german or something and an odd look on his face* You like them? Thank you.

I run his groceries over the scanner and bag them.

Guy: Why do you like my glasses?
Me:*trying not to blush because I feel stupid* They look just like the glasses of one of my favorite characters from a comic book. ((as though he'd know the word "manga".))
Guy: *grinning* A mad scientist, right?
Me: *slightly surprised, but laughing* Yeah, sorta.

That made my day. I asked him where he got the glasses and he said he'd gotten them from his home country around 53 years ago. Of course, I'm thinking "WATARI WAS BORN IN FIFTY THREE!!!!" and at the time, it had been fifty three years ago, but now it's fifty four xDDD

Okay, I'm obsessive compulsive in many ways xDDD

Oh wait. I was searching for something on the net... okay pictures of Hisoka and Muraki (because.. I like the tragic violence of it I guess XD Oh wait, maybe I was looking for references for Soka's curse marks) Anyways... I found.. this

As you can see from my paint commentary I own that sheep x3 He's very soft and cuddly. (It's from 'nicci' ... Some kind of European icon I guess x3)

I was surprised just because.. it's like.. the least Hisoka-like/Muraki-like thing ever in existance XD

At my work, there was an asian family who came through my line ith about two or three things. I'm not making fun or anything, but once it was all rung up, they were searching their pockets because they couldn't find their visa or something and the woman turned to the man, asking him if he had any money on him. I almost laughed as he said, "Noh, I haffu no moneh." He didn't sound exactily like Tsu, but it's what make me think of it XD Forgive me if I seem to be making fun. I'm not. I loved them because they're little one was adorable and was so shy <3

I love how languages use such different sounds, because when the speaker is forced to learn a different language it's often difficult to replicate the sound of that language, you almost have to change the way you use your voice box. That's how you get accents. I love accents. That accent sounds so cute Jani.

I saw 003 a few weeks ago in the shop. Of course it wasn't 003, but it looked just like her. It was a stuffed baby owl.
