You don't have to love, like or even have to desire someone to feel that sorta tension. It's more chemical, just sorta lingers between you. I don't think it helps that Muraki pours off a 'certain' kind of aura in waves. I think there's sexual tension bewteen Tsuzuki and most characters actually. I can see a serious sexual tension building up between Tsuzuki and Hisoka, but I don't see it in the book or anime, there the build up between them seems more deep, emotional or affectionate. Tsuzuki and Tatsumi, I can see quick buzzes of sexual tension, especially with Tatsumi's typical touching.
