Hello everyone! I kinda stumbled onto the anime by accident...I was killing time on youtube and found an YnM AMV that i fell in love with, even though i had no clue who the characters were. i managed to find the first episode on youtube and loved it as well, so i ran out and got the dvds Wink

i loved the dvds, but there just wasn't enough! so i decided "meh, maybe i'll try reading the manga..." (i was totally one of those 'why READ anime when you can watch it??!' type people....i've changed my mind on that quite a bit!) volume 4 is on its merry way to me as i type Wink

anyway, i'm looking forward to talking with you all! i only have one other friend who likes anime, and while she did like the first episode i made her watch, she's not really into it. i need someone to fangirl with!!

Kis4me shares a similar story with myself. I got into YnM watching a Music video for it to, but mine wasn't on Youtube, it was Kumaguro's Boundless love, MUCH cooler to watch when you haven't actually seen the program. Then I got into the book afterwards just like you. And I know how you feel, I know not one YnM lover, thus the birth of the Yami forums, instead of looking for them, I bring them to me, hahaha, kinda. Anyway it's wonderful to have you with us and I hope we're able to for fill all your fangirlish needs.

Oh yes I must warn you there might be spoilers around. >< maybe I should start adding spoiler warnings. Urrgghhh.

i think i've read enough fanfic that i've run across most of the spoilers already. oops. i don't know, i would think that if you come to a forum dedicated soley to one program, you would have to understand theres spoilers floating around (obviously something that's never bothered me Wink

)

*phew* Thank gaud so I don't jave to add them, not that I didn't WANT to add them, I AM the admi after all and I take my job very seriously, *cough* ahem, yeah. Anyway yeah, after the AMV I learned EVERYTHING about the story and finally watched the program and recognised all the stuff that was missing, so I went and got the books ^__^. Though I LOVE the anime too. And the books. I love both. *swoons* YnM.

Pleased to meet you. i found the anime first. I was at half price books. i was looking at the dvds they had. i was just lucky they had vol. 1. sigh i have to see the amvs they only one i've seen is on the 2nd vol. no one is safe from spoilers. :>
