Knowing him, that's prolly one of the many things eating at him when he goes all suicidal later in the series and stabs his eye out. He's the kind of person who would probably hold onto something like that for a long time. And of course, the death of Mitani probably didn't help.... but that's a different arc.

The death of Mitani really devasted Tsuzuki, I think a part of it has to do with the fact that Tsuzuki understood his feelings.
