Well I believe the official rule is "No hanky-panky" as Konoe says in volume two.. At least when a mortal's involved...

the dead giving birth to a child? Oo; I dunno. doesn't that kinda go against the ideals of a shinigami anyways? I mean.... they're so dark, and babies are the most innocent creatures on earth. XD;
