I agree, he was just the background secretary until about book 5 really weren't he? I think it's like that with a lot of other things Yoko does as well. As the story goes on she seems to be growing with it as well, so if we don't know a characters past or such, its not necessarilly because she's planned it and is going to introduce it later or keep it in mind for character development. But mainly because she may not know it herself at that point. It's an interesting way to do things at least. Though she's had plenty of time to think about things so interesting storylines galore I expect. Any idea's on YnM vol 12 release dates?
